Shipping and Returns

Cancellations:
If for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by e-mailing us at info@airmd.com and obtain a cancellation number. Canceled orders will not be accepted without a cancellation number. If the order has not been shipped yet, AirMD will cancel your order at no extra charge.
If the order has been shipped, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply. You also will be responsible for arranging the return of the shipment and for any return fees that may occur. Returned orders must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
 
Shipping:
Your shipping costs will be calculated in your shopping cart at the time of check out and before you confirm your order. All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the time your order is confirmed. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive, after being shipped. This is no guarantee for a date specific arrival.
Shipping fees will not be credited based on the consumerís assumption as to when the order will arrive. 
 
Returns:

We value your business and are here to provide you with the best customer service. We have a 14 day return policy. Our return policy allows you to return all items. ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE in the original packaging and unopened; exception may apply, see damaged materials for more details.

Open boxes CANNOT BE RETURNED.

ALL DEVICES RETURNED will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee and any cost incurred by AirMD for shipping the order to you.

You will be responsible for arranging return shipping and any return fees that may occur.

You have to obtain a cancellation number by e-mailing us at info@airmd.com
Any returns without the cancellation number will be refused.

 
Replacements and Damages:

Please be aware that at the time of receiving your order you or any person signing for you must check for damages or missing items. Check your shipment for anything suspicious, such as rounded corners, dents or gouges. If no damages are noted on the receipt, AirMD cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages that occur.

In cases where there is no obvious damages on the outside of the packaging and you accept the shipment and sign for no damages or shortages, later discovering that there indeed are damages or shortages hidden from view, you must contact the delivering company within 48 hours of delivery to report it. AirMD will not file any claims on your behalf after 14 days. Once the product is used, no claims of damages can be filed.
